When the American teen drama The OC launched in 2003, Rachel was admittedly overshadowed by the blonde explosion of Mischa Barton’s overnight success. It took a fraction longer to notice the adorable brunette’s easy charisma as Summer Roberts, but her appeal has never waned and now, three years after the show closed, the five-foot two-inch actress is definitely the girl holding all the cards. “I do miss Summer terribly,” she says. “The OC was the most phenomenal time. I saw Mischa at Cannes, but I honestly miss everyone from the show.”
